  • For Morning Brew's After Earnings, Rachel played a key role in bringing the show to life—from selecting hosts to shaping the format alongside the executive producer. She led weekly production across concept development, scripting, guest relations, and on-set creative direction. She also wrote detailed show notes that broke down earnings, executive context, and industry trends.

    Beyond production, Rachel managed post-production workflows and distribution. She handled episode publishing, titles, timestamps, summaries, and all social copy across platforms.

    Between January 2024 and February 2025, Rachel grew the After Earnings YouTube channel by over 1,300 subscribers, generated more than 530,000 impressions, and drove 91,000+ views across videos and shorts. On Megaphone, the podcast reached over 34,000 listeners and delivered more than 50,000 downloads across connected RSS platforms.

  • Rachel assisted with the launch of The BigDeal Podcast with Codie Sanchez, a creator with over 1.7 million YouTube subscribers. She helped shape the show from the ground up — developing the title, branding, and episode structure, while guiding edits and guest selection. When Codie was on the road, Rachel coordinated studio bookings, managed guest communication, and worked closely with agencies to ensure seamless production.

    She established a streamlined, cross-functional workflow that kept everything on track despite frequent location changes. In its first six months, the podcast’s YouTube channel grew from zero to nearly 800,000 views, while on Megaphone, it reached over 215,000 listeners and delivered more than 360,000 downloads across RSS platforms.

  • Rachel was a producer for This Week in Startups, a podcast released six times per week with over 200,000 streams per episode, where she also hosted segments twice weekly. She wrote daily show notes, coordinated guest interviews, managed creator relations, and led marketing efforts across TikTok, X (Twitter), and a weekly newsletter. Rachel grew the show’s community significantly, expanding Discord, Slack, and Twitter groups to over 2,500 members. Additionally, she executed three events for All-In Summit 2022, managing all logistics from venue scouting to vendor coordination.

  • At Initialized, Rachel led daily social media operations with a focus on high-signal, founder- and investor-facing content. She created and executed campaigns, wrote platform-native copy, edited videos, produced short-form clips, and tracked performance to optimize strategy.

    Between March 2024 and February 2025, she helped grow Initialized’s LinkedIn following to nearly 30,000, reaching over 190,000 members. During this period, the page attracted 20,000+ unique visitors, earned 43,000+ views, and generated more than 325,000 impressions.

  • At Dynamo, Rachel manages social media pages, including daily posting, content planning, strategy development, copywriting, graphics creation, and data tracking.

  • At Contra, Rachel created content across platforms including X and TikTok, edited her own videos, developed creative copy, and sourced roles for the Contra platform that best represented the community.

  • At The One Creator Lab—a partnership between TikTok and The One Club for Creativity—Rachel honed her short-form content skills while collaborating with industry leaders. The program offered insights from over 150 Chief Creative Officers and bridged the gap between creators and agency creatives, giving her invaluable opportunities to learn and network.
