Content Organization
Rachel takes charge of organizing these links. She uses Notion to create a posting calendar database, where each asset is allocated space, and its posting date is included. Other sections included URLs, titles for founders or investors mentioned, and usernames for X if needed.
Post-Production
With the posting schedule set, the content creation phase kicks into gear. Rachel makes copy and edits video clips using Descript for seamless storytelling. Visual assets are designed by Rachel using Adobe Illustrator templates, which were shared by a designer, adding an engaging visual dimension to the content.
Publishing and Posting:
With the green light from the review stage, Rachel steps in to assist the communications team with publishing and posting.This ensures timely and consistent delivery of content across social media platforms.
